Besides staying here, where else can you choose to stay?

Having traveled to so many places, I've rarely encountered a host as wonderful as Nikotta. She was always readily available, taking meticulous and warm care of every aspect of our lives. Her thoughtful and meticulous attention made me want to write this review. Her photos perfectly matched the reality, even surpassing it. For my companion, who is a bit of a clean freak, the impeccably clean kettle and toaster were a pleasant surprise, not to mention the tables, chairs, sofa, and bedside areas. Want to be close to Oia yet escape the hustle and bustle? Then ASPA CAVES is the place to be.

The perfect stay experience!

We choose a traditional cave house, plus a sea view terrace and a massage tub. In addition to enjoying beautiful sea views alone, there is also the opportunity to see the sunset (end of September).
Although the plan does not include breakfast, but the owner is careful to prepare coffee, milk, toast, legs and toast, etc. The room has an electric oven, microwave oven, water heater, baking machine and coffee machine, all kinds of dishes and pots should be full and very convenient.
It is highly recommended to stay in this area, although it is about 5-8 minutes walk from the Oia district, but it can maintain a quiet and comfortable accommodation environment. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk away, and you can sit down to Fira (you will get to Oia first, remember not to get off).
In addition, it is highly recommended to buy a day tour with the owner, some of the trips include hotel shuttle, which is very convenient. We chose a 3-hour volcanic boat trip, with underwater hot springs and mouthwalks, which is very fun.
Finally, thanking the owner Nikoleta and her team, let us leave a perfect memory of the three days in Aspa Caves!

The best option for your trip in Santorini

Ideal for a disconnection trip. There's a lot of peace in the place. You can't hear anything. You are 5/10' walk from the center of Oía. The apartment is literal a cave. The view is stunning... it looks the sunset perfectly while you're lying in the hot tub.
If you need to rent a motorbike, quad or car in front there is a Rent a Car and you can leave it at the airport. Bus stop on the corner.
Nikoleta is amazing. She's in everything and always willing to help. We went for our honeymoon and left us on the table a wine with a personalized rating and several things to taste inside the fridge.
We had an inconvenience with the booking before going and she was from the first moment in touch trying to help everything get sorted.

A beautiful place to stay in Oia

A beautiful place to stay in Oia. Aspa Caves is a charming place to stay, with all the amenities and spectacular views. It is also very close to the centre of Oia, just a 5-minute walk away, but far from the hustle and bustle and tourist cameras.
Nikoleta is always on hand to help with anything you may need

Amazing experience in quite area of Oia!

Aspa Caves is a greate place to relax. "Aspa" / House have a greate equipment including air cleaner. Outdoor jacuzzi with greate view of Calder is fabulous.
The area is greate. Really close to two shops, bus stop, view point, Oia center also quite, and tidy.
Nice and friendly owners! Very helpfull!
