Amazing studios

Very clean, spacious room. There is free parking nearby and the hotel is 3 mins walking from the centre of Marmaras. View from the room is breathtaking and the host is very kind. I would definitely come back.

Everything I could have asked for and more

I stayed at egeon studios for 4 nights with my partner in June and it was everything and more I could have asked for.
We arrived via car which we found extremely easy to park. We was greeted by Eleni who was really helpful and showed us around our room which was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a sea view as well. Eleni was very helpful with information regarding halkadiki and supplied us with a small map and gave us beach recommendations.
We also found that egeon studios had a roof terrace where you could sit and relax and enjoy the sunset view and use there cooking appliance's if you wished.
Defiantly will be coming back in the near future!

Best view ever

Stayed here for 8 days, were shown room, wow, wooden slatted ceiling, wooden bed and furniture. Real Greek style with wonderful view from the small balcony. Then, Eleni the lovely owner showed us up onto the large roof terrace with an even better view.This roof terrace has two bar b ques a wash up area and a cooking ring so that you may cook and eatfood up here.We spent a lot more time on the balcony and roof terrace just chilling, looking at the views over the roof tops and harbour. BEST PLACE EVER, THANKYOU ELENI.

All recommendations!

Spacious, clean and bright rooms with its own balcony, air-conditioning, small kitchen with fridge, bathroom, free wi-fi and amazing sea view. Big terrace on the roof is breathtaking. It's a bit far from beach (about 700 m) but it is beautiful and it is near the center of Neos Marmaras. Has only 2 parking places, but public parking is very near. Ms. Eleni is extremely kind, pleasant and attentive. My friends and I spent 10 amazing days here last summer. Thank you Ms. Eleni for everything!
