Unacceptable

It was the worst accommodation experience of my life. While it is well-kept, renovated, it has all red beds with new mattresses. It was the dirtiest I've ever seen! Apparently it had NOT been cleaned. The floor was full of hair all over the house. Animal hair. On the kitchen counter, in the bathroom, in the rooms, hair everywhere! The furniture and the fridge and cupboards were full of fingers and dirty. We turned on the air conditioner a little and I could feel hairs floating and breathing. We didn't sit anywhere because it had everything. And while he promised us that he would clean it in the morning, he told us that he had a lot of work and didn't have time even if we wanted to leave. We went for 2 nights with our kids. Paid normally. I am very sorry because now when I hear Lefkada this nightmare comes to my mind. We also brought the hairs to my house... with our things. I'm still finding. I have also included a photo of the floor and the kitchen counter. Pity.
