Top maintained hotel in an optimal location!
Rooms (and the whole complex!) very clean, bathrooms brand new. Sea view room highly recommended. Air conditioning, refrigerator, TV with local programs.
The entire staff acts helpfully and extremely friendly, and this really applies to all areas.
Nice breakfast buffet, something for every taste is offered.
Dinner buffet style, very tasty and inexpensive (if you only took breakfast). 1x per week small Greek evening, also with buffet.
Medium-sized freshwater pool with free loungers. Drinks and snacks are provided on request (the pool bar is nice but only decoration).
If you are looking for peace and quiet, you are nevertheless in the city with a scooter in 10 min.!
I can absolutely recommend the place and without restrictions!:-)

indecent
1 missing the elevator so I had to climb 20 steps with a suitcase and a sore knee
2 a bathroom almost unusable as the door, opening, slammed against the toilet and almost prevented me from entering, lacked a shelf on which to place your things, at 15 in the afternoon still the room to do, the plug for your hair dryer was in the entrance! has no private beach, as it is advertised, because you have free access even from the street, the dirty beds in an incredible way and for a fee, towels, in a seaside place, were replaced every 2 days I will never return 'never'

Relaxed holiday in a very nice atmosphere
Travel to Kos town by bus takes 15min, stop right in front of the hotel, per person and trip 2,- €. Beach chairs cost €2.50 per day for hotel guests. We found good, therefore no occupancy with towels and you got even later in the day free loungers. Umbrellas free of charge but not because the trees give enough shade. There are places without stones where you can easily get into the sea without bathing shoes, the sea is long flat. The pool area is beautifully designed with many plants.
The tavern on the beach offers delicious food for lunch at normal prices. Clean toilet where you can also change, shower available on the beach.
Car hire can be ordered at the hotel went smoothly, you can Enterprise some excursions from here.
We really liked it here, as did the regulars we spoke to, who have been coming here for many years.
A quiet place and yet close to Kos town definitely recommendation!
