Five star for Fatiras
I had the best nights sleep for a long time.memory foam mattress was wonderful. The studio was clean and well equipped and the hosts treated you like family,nothing was too much trouble.There is somewhat of a climb to the apartment which we were aware of when we booked. However, after booking, my wife developed a condition which made walking difficult. Petros the owner insisted on giving us a lift to and from the town until we hired a car. He refused any payment.
Where else would you be treated like this.

Top Hill studios very easy to find

Just stairs to go to village but is ok if you take your time.
Wifi is correct
I recommend to book directly by email or phone owner speak english fluently.

Not accessible
I will be honest from the start , we did not get to stay at this accommodation as it was inaccessible. We were being given a lift to the property, it was poorly signposted and the driver made a wrong turn, following this the car could not get up the hill to the property. Based on this we had to cancel, having discussed with a local man we had two choices either walk up the steep hill or climb a steep flight of steps. We called the property and got no reply therefore we cancelled our booking via booking.com. Following this the owner took money off our credit card and refused to refund it. Nowhere on the property description does it say it is inaccessible for people with walking difficulties such as my partner has . We are taking this up with the European Network for Accesible Tourism and E.O.T. I am writing this review so others are aware , taking it up with the owner they said the hill is mentioned in their reviews and would not take any responsibility for not referencing it in the property description.

Hard to find, but amazing view
Beware -- Google maps sends you to the wrong location! Instead, use a web browser to Google "Fatiras Studios" and then click the "Directions" link -- which works. But even with the proper directions, driving up the hillside to this place is super steep.
However once you're there (and you park in their nice parking area), the view is spectacular. The room itself is super clean and perfectly adequate, but not terribly comfortable (shower tiny, pillows uncomfortable, room layout awkward).
Outside the room is a shared balcony with a table just for your room -- and it's absolutely wonderful to sit there and relax or eat.
The location in Kassiopi was terrific -- you leave your car and just walk down steep concrete steps to the beach, or the amazing Janis restaurant (super close), and walk around the peninsula to the awesome beaches.
We really enjoyed our stay.
Note -- the owners don't speak English, but do speak German.

Wonderful views, friendly family
Amazing views from high up. But this also means it is a quiet a steep walk. But the taxi took us up and the owners gave us a lift back down when we had our luggage.
Good sized, clean and well equipped apartments. Fresh breakfast on request with homegrown figs and homemade marmalade and jam. Friendly family run.
