Sofia is a caring wonderful host

Charming , rustic apartment about 1 minute from old port and in the old town. Labyrinthine streets . The apartment smelled so clean & crisp white clean sheets & towels. Architecture reminds of northern Italy / Veneto . Nice shutters. What gives the 5 stars is Sofia , she is an angel , so caring . Beautiful homemade breakfast . It's lovely . Full of character and charm & very clean .

Cosy little appartment in Chania old town. We stayed one night.

Cosy little apartment in the quiet area of Chania old town. Small intellectual alley. Service very friendly. Breakfast brought to usbin the morning at agreed time. Steep but short staircase to room, challenging if heavy luggage. Quiet place.

Unpleasant experience

Accomodation given to us was not as shown in p hotos. We had a tiny room into which was crammed a double bed and a single bed. Balcony door and shutters broken, tap for hot water in tiny bathroom broken, curtain rail over single bed broken. Very intrusive owner . Filthy mattress on single bed. Noisy at night. It was a huge mistake staying here, there are plenty of other clean lovely places. The whole place needs refurbishing and care needs to be taken to properly clean the place and make sure everything works.

A really nice place to stay

A great location in the old town of Chania. Close to the port (shops, restaurants, cafes, lighthouse). Our host was lovely and the included breakfast was all homemade :)
The air-conditioner works really well! We had a cute little balcony over one of the little streets.

Very good location in Old town, Yummy Breakfast.

Eleonora is a very good place to stay in the Old town of Chania. Walkable distance to the port, church, museum and to the bus station. The room was very good (warm in winters) with 24hrs hot water facility, WI-fi, heater etc. Ms. Sophia was very good. Very good homemade breakfast was provided by her. Great Hospitality.
