Exceptional Location
Excellent family hotel with exception location - just on the end of a cliff with a view to the sea and Lagonisi Beach. Different type of rooms - some for families (also few sizes and prices) and some for couples. Very good breakfast included. The owners are so grandly and helpful. A place we will get back again.

Total relaxation
Beautiful location, incredibly helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choice. Lunch/evening meal available if desired. Amazing beach nearby within walking distance. Local nearby village offers choice of restaurants and cocktail bar.

A real gem with great views laid back vibe.
We stayed at these hotel/Apartments for two days on a trip south into Sinthonia. Just as you get into Ormos Panagias the sea suddenly looks a deeper blue and the aqua colours look even lighter and this hotel is at the end of a peninsula with cliff views through the pine trees down to and over the sea.
We were welcomed by Dimitrius and shown to our ground floor apartment by Voola. We had views over a garden area and out over to various islands to the east. There are lots of different places to go and you can always find somewhere quiet.
Our Apartment had main bedroom, lounge kitchenette and bathroom with good sized shower. Some of the first floor apartments were a little more luxurious than ours but ours was cool with good aircon and a comfortable bed.
Breakfasts are really great here with very wide choice and eaten under the pine trees overlooking the sea. Really lovely. Evening meals could also be taken at 30 euros each which was very nice but we enjoyed driving the 3 minutes to the small fishing village at Ormos Panagias to eat on the beach or quayside. It’s really nice there.
WiFi is available and quite fast throughout but you have to keep logging in each time.
We were a couple on this occasion and it was really nice but this place is fantastic for families who want some quiet time with an apartment, pool, safe environment and their own cooking facilities or in the communal BBQ area. The swimming pool is clean and tidy and nicely located on site. There are some great hammocks as well.
This is a really lovely, quiet retreat with laid back non-dressy atmosphere. Do not hesitate to book it if you are looking for laid back break has built this place up himself and has done himself credit. Fabulous site and views really liked it here. Tolle Zeit bei Dimitris
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einmalig. Vom Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang kann man von vielen Plätzen den tollen Blick geniessen. Da wir mit Mietwagen unterwegs waren konnten wir uns immer einen der vielen tollen Strände in der Umgebung aussuchen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wir haben auch mehrmals die Gelegenheiten genutzt Abends im EOS zu essen. Sehr gute und individuelle Küche!

Потрясающее место
Очень хорошее место. Потрясающий вид, очень доброжелательные хозяева. Очень тихо и спокойно, на самом верху скалы, далеко от дороги и рядом с пляжем Лаганисси, на машине 2 минуты. Замечательный владелец Димитрий ( или просто Дима), очень приветливая его семья. Домашние завтраки очень вкусные из натуральных греческих продуктов. Кондей тихий был и мощный. Номер удобный, чисто и все новое. Номера в потрясающем греческом стиле. Необычно и комфортно. Всего в комплексе примерно 8 номеров. Парковка фри под навесом. Бесплатный wifi, только напрягает, что надо каждый раз к нему переподключаться, если уезжаншь и приезжаешь обратно. Вечером тишина и только цикады издают какие-то звуки. Но без машины сюда не добраться.
