A beautiful place to relax.

We were received very kindly and warmly at the accommodation. The entire property is a dream, has eight rooms, and a wonderful view of the bay and Livadi.
The owner always has great tips for restaurants and the surrounding area.
The large terrace invites you to linger. There are sun loungers and shaded areas.
The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean, and you have everything you need. The rooms are furnished with many antique pieces of furniture and
decorations, which makes the whole place very cozy and comfortable. However, those who prefer modern furnishings are not in the right place here.
Breakfast is served on the balcony in the morning upon request, and everything is very peaceful and quiet. The perfect place to rest and relax.
Just a short walk away are the windmills, where many restaurants, small supermarkets, fruit shops, and cafés are located.
It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk down to the harbor, and a bit longer with luggage.
But there are taxis or pickup services available.
We really enjoyed our stay and recharged our batteries very quickly.

No better place

Our stay in Astypalaia was truly unforgettable, and this accommodation played a huge part in that. Waking up to the stunning view every morning already felt magical, but what made this place really special were the cozy cottage-style rooms and, above all, the incredible hospitality of Selena. She made us feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment and added such a personal touch to our trip. We left with beautiful memories and would certainly return

Location fantastic.In the center of the Chora but tranquillissimo.La view of the bay of Livadi Unica.

Magic place

A magnificent place, unique location because isolated but beamed 3 minutes from the center of Khora. Breathtaking views ensure you wake up with the feeling of being in paradise. Friendly and kind staff, always available. I'd make 100% grade.

Paradise location

Spectacular location. You are a stone's throw from the Cora (3 minutes walk) but you have before you a wonderful and uncontaminated bay. Away from the noise of the country. Each room has its own terrace. Selana handles it impeccably. Friendly, friendly and always available. He organized for us a great dinner by the pool. rooms are cleaned daily and linen changed very often. Maybe the facility needs a little renovation. But I shot all Astypaleia and a better location than this I just haven't seen! Super recommended!!
