Magnificent get away at fairytale land

We had a lovely stay at Pfaff Hotel this week. The location of the hotel is right in the center of Triberg. Our room had a nice balcony with a waterfall view. The room itself was specious, spotless, bright and had everything we needed and everything we asked for. The employees were extremely polite, helpful, professional and kind. This hotel experience exceeded my expectations, if I could stay longer I would love to spend more time at Pfaff Hotel to experience more hikes at the Black Forest area. Thank you so much for this magnificent time at Triberg!

fun experience

If you are wanting a fun day in a small town, this hotel does that. Good food and drinks. The rooms are basic, but the views are worth it. Listening to the falls while sleeping was amazing!

Lovely Stay in Beautiful Triberg.

Beautiful location, very friendly staff, clean room with a balcony looking over the town. We only stayed 24hrs but wish it was longer.
Great food in the restaurant.

Disappointing

Very disappointing, small room carelessly furnished with some deficiencies. They save on renovations. It is evident that the room was not furnished with heart and an eye for detail... we noticed a lot of negatives, it was not a place to feel comfortable... the bathroom was tiny... The breakfast was also disappointing
