Very unhygienic!! Worst hostel I've ever seen

Totally dirty, unhygienic, loud and unpleasant smelling! The hostel was a disaster I have never experienced before. Especially the bathroom was disgustingly dirty, toilet with feces strips and the equipment certainly not cleaned for ages. Very unhygienic! Also the room was very dirty (dusty), clairvoyant and the linen smelled very unpleasant and not like a fresh one.
I could not stay there for these reasons and left immediately after arrival.
There were no responses to messages and phone calls. Even at the accommodation on site there was no one to speak of and the ringing was simply ignored. So far, the property has still not given an answer and does not want to refund any money!

NEVER AGAIN
Absolutely disgusting and outrageous.
As mentioned above we were (2 mothers with 3 children) there for one night.
Apart from the massive lack of hygiene, the old, squeaky beds and the broken blinds, the entire house is very noisy. You can hear both the others running upstairs, as well as everyone visiting the toilet etc.
The fact that we booked other rooms, then we were offered a room with 8 beds, which we refused and then both the booked plus an 8 bed room is put to us, is an absolute cheek. We don't need that many beds. So, out of NETTGKEIT, we only used one room to keep the other free. And now we're being answered so outrageously and unprofessionally. Even “the employee could have been approached at any time” is not true. When we arrived, the employee only arrived by car after about 10 minutes, so was not on site. But he was actually very friendly and tried, so it also sounded logical to us that we do not pay for 2 rooms if we do not use them. 133€ for the rest.
So overall not recommended and unfriendly.
Don't touch it.
