Super nette Leute und tolle, gemütliche und sehr saubere Zimmer !!!!

Wir sind gerade wieder vom Kurzurlaub aus Potsdam zurück u. waren von der Pension begeistert. Absolut nette und unkomplizierte Leute. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Sogar mit Fußbodenheizung. Es wurden uns Tips zur Freizeitgestaltung gemacht, die wir auch gerne genutz haben. Zum Inventar gehört dort auch ein wirklich toller Hund der den Hof bewacht. Man muss ihn gern haben. Hier stimmen Preis, Leistung einfach und wir kommen gerne wieder. Familie Baumann aus Salzwedel ;-)

Stay away!!!!!!!

Hosts had a loud party in the garden just outside the bedroom windows. A man was smoking just outside the bedroom windows and smoke entered room. About 30 degrees inside and no fan/ventilation. Could not have windows open due to smoke.
Finally had to ask hosts to be quiet. Man kept smoking and chatting with other person till about 01:30 AM. Smoking started again at 07:30 AM. Got very little sleep due to the aforesaid circumstances. No compensation offered. Have after our stay been advised that they were celebrating a birthday. As birthdays don't just appear out of the blue, this could have been informed us way in advance so that we could have found another place to saty. Seems they do not care about their paying guests and are only interested in the money. A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT.

(Fast) Alles was man braucht

Die Pension macht auf den ersten Blick einen sehr einfachen Eindruck, aber das Zimmer, das wir hatten war völlig in Ordnung: geräumig, bequeme Betten, SAT-TV, großes Bad, kleine Küche. Fahrräder konnten wir kostenlos leihen.
Nur Frühstück muss man sich in der Küche selbst machen. Oder man geht in eines der Cafes in der nahen Karl-Liebknecht-Straße (wir waren in der Bäckerei Kühnbaum).

Entspannung und Herzlichkeit

Solides und sauberes Appartment. Preis-Leistung hat für mich gestimmt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Babybett war in der Pension auch vorhanden und schnell in unser Zimmer aufgestellt. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist fussläufig etwa 12min entfernt. Es gibt auch Busse dorthin. Restaurents, Bäcker und Supermärkte sind fußläuig schnell zu erreichen. Das Stadion von Babelsberg 03 befindet sich direkt angrenzend. Auch der schöne PArk Babelsberg ist nur 1 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Auf dem Hof und im Hausdurchgang läuft, liegt und bellt (manchmal) ein Schäferhund. Mich hat das zwar weniger gestört, aber für Leute mit Angst vor Hunden, ist es sicher weniger zu empfehlen und wissenswert.
