It's okay.

Pension with about 15 rooms. Plenty of parking. Room sufficiently large, with balcony, fridge and bright bathroom. Clean. To the old town 20 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet ok for €12. Should be quite warm in summer without air conditioning.

Overnight stay for December already booked again, that speaks for itself

We booked this Pension to make an overnight stay before we went on our river cruise with Phoenix (the MS Princess Isabella from Passau was unfortunately and is not recommended the ship) us, because so a more stress-free arrival was guaranteed.
We had a double room with breakfast and found everything that was stated.Also, the breakfast for this category was very good especially since the breakfast guest could prepare his coffee fresh himself at the vending machine, which is always a good criterion for us.
Also the room was out to the back with a balcony and thus still quiet.
As we were able to determine from there is also a lot within walking distance and that makes it interesting.Next door there is also a super market and a doner stand.
Anyway, we booked an overnight stay there again for an upcoming December trip and hope not to be disappointed.

Cute hotel

Cute little, very friendly, clean pension Garni Vicus in Passau. Pleasant sleep on a good mattress. breakfast is small but quite sufficient. I am sure we will see again very soon. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very cozy stay

The apartment is a bit far from the city center, but it's also one of its strength. Because the view from the apartment bank over the city is just stunning!
The woman at the entrance was very kind and spoke good English.
Be aware that there are hotplates in the rooms, but no pans. So think to ask for them.
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean.

A good price-quality ratio

I got there with a group of bikers. We book in advance directly at the place and we got a good deal. The place is clean, and quiet. The owner is a very nice person who gave us good advices how to get to the places we wanted to visit.
