Apparently something seems to go wrong at the Hotel Blümchen. In January 2025, my wife and I ran with a reservation for a room in the flower, we were sent away. Hotel Blümchen has no rooms to rent, although rooms are offered on the homepage and reservation confirmations are handed out. The same thing happened at the beginning of March 2025 and again last week. My work colleagues were sent away with reservation numbers from the flower to the Hotel Blume next door. Rooms are more expensive at Hotel Blume. Is this a ploy or what's going on here? We are disappointed with the unprofessional approach of Hotel Blümchen. Other guests at the Blümchen restaurant experienced exactly the same thing on the same day, an absolute no go!!!
