Decent hotel for the money

Stayed during the International Doll Show. Room was very clean- a little cramped (over sized padded bolster surrounding bed took up a lot of space) but adequate. Nice bath but tight shower (bend over and you open the door). Breakfast was good. Location is not within walking distance of any restaurant but it is only a short drive to a number of good places (we liked the restaurant at the Hotel Steiner). On a residential street so fairly quiet at night-- no problem sleeping with the windows open.
Definitely a hotel-- not a guest house or family inn so rooms are pretty institutional in design but perfectly adequate for what they are.
We will probably go back next time we are in the area.
