Old villa - ideal for bikers

Old villa on the outskirts of Fürstenberg. Perfect for cyclists even with EBike. Friendly welcome. Room was over a narrow staircase in the
2nd floor accessible. Unfortunately very small and with a hideous Flockati carpet. The price of 142€ was salted for this. At breakfast I was vehemently restrained by the landlords for daring to drink coffee from a tea glass. Was ripped out of my hand immediately! You can only drink tea from it! That was a bit bizarre

Villa Ingeborg is a true gem. We didn't expect such a nice villa/hotel in Fürstenberg - a village in the countryside.
The large house is fully remodelled, and looks like it was recently done.
The hostess is super friendly and welcoming. She greeted us immedeately on our entry into her villa. Yes, she lives there.
Our room on the top floor was spotless. The bed comfortable and the sheets superb. Private shower with toiletries.
And the included breakfast! Wholly makarel. Soo good and plentiful. A great combination of homemade goodies and bread with cheeses and charcuterie. Also yogurt and cereal. Fantastic.
We are so sorry we could only stay a single night.
We can highly recommend Villa Ingeborg.

Great place

Really nice place to stay, with confortable rooms and nice garden. Very welcoming and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was very good and we could have it at the garden. Not too many rooms. I would definetely recommend this hotel

Delightful

This is one of those gems of a hotel that is even better than it seems when you book it. We had a charming corner room with a large bathroom. Parking was ample and easy. The building is surrounded by a lovely garden area with lots of outdoor seating that we wished we had had more time to use. There is storage for bikes etc. it was clean, they were very friendly, and breakfast was excellent. It was so quiet that we thought we were the only ones there and then realized from the breakfast room that the hotel must have been full or close to it. All and all I highly recommend this unicorn of a hotel.

Excellent Place to stay

The rooms are great, Diane provides excellent customer service, far beyond just checking people in. She provides information with a smile, gives helpful suggestions and made our stay most enjoyable. Would stay here again.
