Stop over

We arrived early evening after being insulted and very disappointed with the reception at ACHAT Hotel. I already wrote a review for that. Central Hotel reception was very friendly and professional. We were processed very quickly and a put up bed for our daughter was placed in our room. Rooms are capacious, comfortable and clean. Every aspect of our stay was as expected and should be. This is service at its best. Thank you.

Located right in the city center with excellent proximity to restaurants and shopping. There is an attached sushi restaurant if one doesn’t feel like going beyond the hotel.
It is an older hotel but in excellent condition. Rooms are spacious and clean with modern bathrooms. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable.
There is free wifi that actually works well. There is an elevator if you are traveling with someone who has mobility limitations. The only knock on the amenities is the lack of an ice machine for guests that is common in all older hotels.
Parking is offsite in a parking garage. Something to be expected with hotel located right in a city center. It is €5 a night but accessible to leave and return with validated parking tickets from the front desk. In our case, the upper level parking was visible from our room which was reassuring.
A special request was made for a room to have 2 separate beds and this was taken care of and ready on our arrival.
Overall I couldn’t be happier with the Hotel Central.

Cold and expensive

I am very confused that why my company would recommand this hotel, for this price , I found the weather is not the onlything that is cold, the service is colder...not even giving out a bottle of water at my second day, front desk made you wait without saying pardon or wait a moment etc, will defo ask my company to work with other hotels.
