Excellent traditional hotel
The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. One of the charming elements is that the ladies all wear the traditional "Trachten" dress of this part of Germany. (Pity that the man don do!).
Perfect hotel for a short stay!

Good Budget Hotel
Resturant - Excellent Food, Breakfast not too many Options but Server my purpose.
Location - This is the best Thing, right in the Center of town, never away from bars and resturants, or bus Stop / Train Station.
Improvements: Rooms can do with Irons.
Otherwise I loved it. Satued single on work trip.

Weinreise
Der Ort ist an sich sehr schön, der Bahnanschluss erleichtert Ausflüge in die Umgebung, auch die Weingüter Schätzle und Bastian sind einen Besuch wert.

Es wird nicht meine erste Wahl werden und ich muss auch nicht mehr dahin
Was nicht gut war, dass die Tür von der Küche immer aufstand und dier ganze Essensmief durch das Hotel zog. Meine Anziehsachen konnte ich alle waschen, weil sie nach Schnitzel, Pommes, etc rochen. Der kleine Wandtresor war nicht vertrauenswürdig. Er war mit 2 Spax-Schrauben an der Schrankrückwand befestigt. Wenn man dran kam, dann wackelte der Tresor schon.
Das Zimmer wurde nicht immer komplett gereinigt. Man sah es an dem Zahnputzglas und dem Waschbecken.
Für die Gäste ist eine kleine Terrasse im ersten Stock mit diversen Rattantisch und -Stühlen. Sehr gut war der Getränkeautomat an dem man sich außerhalb der Hotelzeiten ein Getränk ziehen konnte. Es gab sogar einen Wein (Ruländer) darin - leider keine Gläser. Naja, halt aus der Flasche dann..... Prost Gemütlichkeit:-(
Das Frühstück war halt etwas einfallslos. Aufbackbrötchen, kein Rührei, kein Spiegelei...... Die Konfitüre und der Honig waren von BASF.
Darüber kann ich ja noch mit leben und ich habe ja kein 3 oder 4 Sterne Hotel gebucht. Was aber ein no go ist, dass teilweise von den Mitarbeitern kein Mundnaseschutz getragen wurde oder er war heruntergezogen. Eine Küchenhilfe brachte Brötchen nach..kein MNS und die Brötchen wurden in dem kleinen Korb mit den blosen Händen festgehalten.
Am Samstag- und Sonntagmorgen war zur Frühstückszeit der Restaurantbereich knüppelvoll und nur 3 oder 4 Plätze waren frei. Es gab keine Einteilung wer, wann, wo zum Frühstück kommen sollte. Ich glaube nicht das dass so ok ist. Ich habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt
