Fallen in or 'fake news'
The lateral sea view in the villa and comfort room (see photo) exists only in the hotel ad.The sea view is covered because of a high hedge.

vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung über Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns in der Villa BeachSide. Wir haben uns gefreut, dass das komfortable Zimmer, die Sauberkeit und unser aufmerksamer Service Ihren Erwartungen entsprachen. Die Komfortzimmer in der Villa liegen im Erdgeschoß Richtung Ostsee und haben 'eingeschränkten' oder 'begrenzten' Meerblick, je nach Jahreszeit und Heckenschnitt. Daher ist die Aussage im Titel Ihrer Bewertung nicht ganz zutreffend. Wir empfehlen für den nächsten Aufenthalt, ein Standardzimmer im 1. Stock zu buchen, da dieses einen Meerblick bietet.

Disappointing
We had "comfort" room 35 in the "villa".
Unfortunately, there was nothing comfortable or villa-like.
As soon as you enter the room, you are greeted by a smell like you're from a discount store, the furniture is arranged in a totally impractical way, the train runs in front of the window every 15 minutes and the guests from the adjoining rooms walk right past the window.
The condition of the rooms also leaves a lot to be desired, see photos.
The whole thing is more like a worker's room than a room in a beach hotel.
Unfortunately, the only positive thing to mention is the friendly staff at reception, who were unable to offer us another room despite asking twice.
