Again a very nice weekend!

We have been spending a long weekend at the Hotel Wernerwald every year since 2019 and are very satisfied.
The staff is always very friendly, attentive and responsive to all wishes.
We especially like the new wellness area! This would be enhanced by an extra relaxation room.
We look forward to next time!

EZ not sooo great, but dinner on the terrace.

I was here on the North Sea for professional reasons. The Hotel Wernerwald was quite ok in itself, the best was the short walk to the sea. The EZ was also ok, bathroom however very narrow. But I really liked the dinner on the terrace - delicious pike perch and a glass of white wine. Very nice!

Nice family-run place

Stayed 2 nights here with the wife for my friend's wedding party which was on the premises.
It's a family-run place, in a seaside resort on the edge of Cuxhaven, where most of the visitors seem to have mobile homes. It's homely rather than flash, and the prices and the food reflect that. It's a comfy place.
There's not much English spoken in the hotel, so you have to work a bit at things, but the people are nice. The pool is good, too. Note: they don't take credit cards!
