Dirty disaster.

The pictures promised a lot... but then came the shock... At first glance, the room was exceptional, but upon closer inspection, there was dust everywhere, peeling wallpaper, stains on the bed, and a calcified shower and bathtub (not to mention the dirt). Cleaning is not a priority here! For the price, it is an absolute no-go. It is better to look for a hostel instead.

disappointing

A very disappointing experience. The hotel is clearly outdated and urgently in need of renovation. The room was dirty, with dust everywhere, and the finishing quality was very poor. The reception area and common areas also gave a neglected and unclean impression. All the windows were dirty and covered with stains, which made the overall appearance even worse.
The entire hotel feels worn out and poorly maintained, far below the standard you would expect. The only positive point was the breakfast, which was well prepared and of good quality.
Overall, this hotel is in serious need of a complete refurbishment.

Very very bad

Our stay at this hotel from yesterday to Wednesday unfortunately fell well short of our expectations. For two nights, including parking fees, we paid a total of €470 – a price level at which we would have expected a suitably maintained and well-maintained room.
As soon as you entered the room, it became clear that the condition of the equipment did not meet this demand. Especially in the bathroom, a considerable cleaning and maintenance backlog was evident. The fittings were heavily calcified and showed visible signs of wear (see photos). Such anomalies should have been remedied with a careful cleaning of the room. The overall unkempt impression noticeably impaired the comfort of our stay.
The friendly staff at the reception is very helpful. Nevertheless, a pleasant service cannot compensate for the basic shortcomings in cleanliness and care.
Overall, the stay unfortunately did not meet the standard you can expect at this price. We would like to see more emphasis on hygiene, maintenance and quality control in the future, so that the hotel can meet its own standards and those of its guests.
We continue to hope for a partial refund.

Unfriendly and totally overpriced

Incredibly, it is advisable to read the ABBs very carefully.
I was there to spend a nice NChmittag with friends and take some pictures.
I was charged a significant extra for each additional person (more than 2) and for the so-called photo shoot.
And to be honest as good as in the pictures the room was not.
Totally overpriced, very unfriendly and just profit focused.

Once is enough

We stayed at the black Hotel last weekend and promised ourselves much more at a daily rate of 211 euros without breakfast.
Cosy, cold rooms, all pretty old.
Very noisy, poorly closing doors and overall very anonymous atmosphere.
For once, it's enough...
