A very good option for Berlin.
It is a very well-located hotel. It allows you to walk to various points of interest in 10-15 minutes.
There is a supermarket less than 5 minutes away.
The room is large and has basic kitchenware.
What I liked the least is that they say they clean every 3 days, but on the day they do clean, they do not put in much effort...
Aside from this, it is a highly recommended hotel.

Had a fantastic stay. The mattress was Sorensen comfortable. I loved the high ceilings and giant windows. Location was good for walking to various sight seeing, Alexanderplatz (but it was very hot during my visit). Well connected by buses right around the corner, literally. The worst thing I can say about this hotel is that the windows were so big it was hard to fully close the drapes to keep out the dawn. i highly recommend this hotel!

Great place, excellent location!
Stayed in superior double. Had plenty of space, big comfortable bed, good ac, big bathroom with good shower, kitchen with amenities. The staff at the desk were helpful and the lobby is a cool place where people can hang out with a bar. The best thing is the location which is 5 minutes walk to the heart of museum Island which is where we spent most of our time in Berlin.

BE CAREFUL!!!
I wanted to share my experience regarding a reservation at this property in Scharrnstraße, Berlin, to warn future guests about the complete lack of flexibility from management .Due to an honest human error during the booking process, I accidentally selected the dates for July 20th–24th instead of June 20th–24th. I only discovered this devastating mistake upon arriving in Berlin, expecting to check in.I immediately contacted the host to explain that my sole intention was to stay at their property, not to cancel at the last minute. Since the reservation is actually for late July, there is still a full month remaining before the check-in date. This gives the property ample time to re-list the room and find a new guest, likely at a better peak-season rate.Despite this being a genuine mistake reported far in advance, the management strictly refused to offer any fair compromise. I did not demand a full refund; I proposed a partial refund (where they keep a fee for administrative costs) or a modification to change the guest names so a friend could use the room. They rejected everything, choosing to pocket 100% of my money for a room that is still a month away from being used.Be very careful when booking here. If life happens or you make a simple typo, do not expect any understanding, customer service, or basic empathy from this management. They care only about keeping your money!!!!

We also offer flexible booking options that allow guests to cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival, and we explained these alternatives during our correspondence.
