Nice place with a good location
We decided to go to Abkhazia with a young man. Chose this hotel. They have one room category , which goes with or without a balcony. I found their phone number on the Internet, asked to give it with a balcony, because it says. my man smokes. Said , do not allocate rooms, whichever gets caught , contact the reservation department , and the reservation department - operator , responds that the mark will be sent, but does not guarantee) . So , came and were pleasantly surprised- room with large clean bed, with balcony, with chic mountain view )
To the sea minutes 5, give beach towels once for the whole period. ,opposite the hotel from 16 o'clock opens a barbecue - there are delicious barbecues with you and the price , as everywhere, is not more expensive. In-room hairdryer and shower gel (single) , tea saucer cups, working air conditioning.,wardrobe , TV ,refrigerator, chic wifi. It's standard. By the way, the neighbors weren't heard, the walls are thick. The restaurant on their terrace, breakfasts from 9 to 11, not the buffet - something was prepared and taken out. For breakfast, you'll know by the fact. We were a week away, always eating good and full. Porridge, cake and eggs for example. Juice, coffee, morse. Morse is delicious, by the way! All the staff will do well and tell you where to go, where interesting, any question.

If you want a louhari, it's not here. It's a nice home hotel, with great staff. Thank them again and prosper.

Food with hair and night noise from staff
The food with someone's hair, not even an apology, not replaced, said it was her fault on the balcony sat in the wind.
The noise under the door from the chatter is waitresses and guards early in the morning and late in the evening. The comments are reacted to aggressively, throwing themselves into a fight.
At 11:00 p.m., the waitress was talking loudly under the door on the phone after being called to silence, and in the morning, she lashed out with her fists and threats (well, I'll ask you) right in the middle of the cafe at breakfast.
Where did you see that????? Ever???
Blatant behaviour!
The admin says to all questions, it's not for me.
There's a dog in the hotel barking at everyone day and night.
No blanket.

Change the receptionist and never put in rooms by the smoker
I've never seen such dirty, dark, stinky rooms, also for 7,000 a night. Dirty blankets, synthetic linen (the train is better), windows open onto a smoker. Very noisy.
We asked twice to change the number, they refused. At the same time, a sign "there are available rooms" hung at the entrance of the hotel.
The funny thing is, those dirty, smelly blankets weren't tucked into the blankets, and when we asked for them to be changed, the receptionist said, "Well, do it yourself."
The habalism of Marina's administrator was, in principle, off the charts all along. I don't recommend it, and I'm never coming back here. Management is advised to consider changing the administrator.

Go to your Russia
We visited in the summer of 2023, we really liked the people who work at the hotel, delicious cuisine, standard rooms for the price, I really liked Abkhazia. Therefore, we planned to return here in the winter, we booked a room (two-room, with one common corridor, overlooking the sea and mountains) for several months, we made an advance payment of 10,200. Before the trip, we checked whether everything was in force, we were assured that everything was ok.
We arrived and immediately paid the money for the 9 remaining days, we were shown to a room, or rather two separate rooms with a view of the wall of the neighboring house. When asked how this happened, they answered that our room was occupied, guests did not leave it. With a fight , but they returned the money within 9 days.
They never gave us the advance payment, saying that if you don’t like it, then go back to your Russia. (These are the words of Olga from the room reservation department). She said that they bought the police, they threatened that we would not be allowed into any hotel for her call.
After all this, they offered us the room that we had originally booked, but there was no desire to be there after such thunderstorms and statements. And I don’t recommend it to anyone.

We stayed in May 2024 at this hotel, rating 3, no more. The rooms are very small if the room comes with extras. place then keep in mind that when you pull apart the sofa, there is nowhere to put your foot. As for the bathroom, there is no question of accessories, they didn’t provide us with anything, there weren’t even disposable slippers, and in the bathroom water leaked onto the floor, the administrator was informed about this, she gave us a rag for the floor. Next, a very interesting point: during this period, we lived alone in a four-story hotel. On the issue of breakfast, they also write about pre-ordering, but it wasn’t even close. The food is terrible, even the tables on the terrace are not wiped, although they are all covered in dust. In addition, they have breakfast from 9.00, which is very inconvenient for vacationers. I don’t recommend it and I won’t go back to them.
