Simply the best in the Tinee Valley

This is an exceptional family owned/managed hotel in a gorgeous area with so many different routes to explore. The friendliness of the two sisters Isabelle & Sophie was wonderful. The cuisine each of our 5 night stay was so delicious - thank you to Chef Alex (Isabelle’s son) - that orange cream brûlée was simply the best I’ve had. Also thanks to Manon for the constant ferrying of meals and drinks to under the Linden trees where we dined each night. It was difficult to leave and we will surely return. What a treasure of a hotel, so perfectly French.

Nice hotel

We are delighted to have returned to this hotel for a weekend. Very nice welcome and good buffet breakfast in the heart of a quiet village in the municipality of Valdeblore.

A small culinary nugget

I allow myself to bounce back following a review that I found not very friendly, so certainly, we are not in a four-star, we are in 12 stars but it is clean they are nice nice. The kitchen is excellent homemade. So certainly there is no private parking, you have to look for a small place it will be my only small negative and also in the shower. It’s a shame that there’s no pommel that can be hung on the wall. But if not sincerely I will return with great pleasure, I had pleasure to discover a charming place with personalized Welcome. So yes the breakfast at ten euros is not we are not in a palace but here it is a second star there is enough to drink, there is enough to eat, we can help ourselves, I find it perfect. Sincerely I recommend it is very cute. Just here is the parking space, you have to go to the small square but it is perfect.

Very nice and delicious dinner

We had dinner at the restaurant of this hotel, after booking (on the advice of the Colmiane tourist office). We are very satisfied with this meal. The value for money is very good. The products are fresh, the dishes homemade.
The two young women who served that night are smiling, discreet and very professional.
We park just a few steps away.
The setting is pleasant, the charm outdated of a mountain hotel. Everything is clean, the atmosphere is friendly. I recommend without hesitation

A pure 2 star

I relied on the reviews left on several platforms and I am generally surprised.
The 2 positive points: the owners and the view of the mountains.
For the rest, it is a 2 star hotel. Nothing more. And above all not a hidden nugget.
The rooms are clean but the bedding is horrible. The decoration is basic and doesn't have much charm.
Promiscuity with other customers is omnipresent.
I recommend avoiding breakfast: €9.50 for coffee, bread and jam…
So don't expect an incredible performance.
For a roughly similar price I would rather recommend going up to La Colmiane.
The setting will be nicer.
Because Valdeblore la Bolline is in great suffering. Few shops. Some have even been closed for ages.
The village is not charming and activities in winter are very limited.
