Great choice for Paris Opera area

Perfect location, easy metro to all the main spots. Small and comfortable with friendly staff. The buffet breakfast is nice when you are trying to get an early start.

Great hotel with friendly staff

We had a great stay! The room had an air conditioner which was super during hot days in Paris. The hotel is located between Louvre and Montmartre, 20 mins walking each. Lots of great restaurants close by.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Excelsior Opera in many ways. Comfortable mattress, great location, AIR CONDITIONING, good breakfast, quiet, good bathroom, fun interior design, friendly helpful staff. My only suggestion is to put towel hooks in the bathroom! Merci beaucoup! Love Paris!!

Great location. Breakfast was well worth the price. No other food options. Great restaurants within walking distance. Disappointing inner courtyard view. As a reminder, no washcloths on European hotels. Staff was super friendly. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location near the Opera

We stayed here for three nights in Paris and had a very pleasant stay. The room was compact but had everything we needed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The location is excellent—very close to the Opera area, within walking distance of Galeries Lafayette, with plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby. The nearest Metro station is only a few minutes away, making it easy to explore the city.
Our room had a balcony, and enjoying the Parisian streetscape in the morning was one of the highlights of our stay.
The only thing to note is that the elevator is very small, so it may be inconvenient if you’re traveling with lots of large luggage.
