Dangerous establishment

Dangerous Establishment
Fire alarm goes off, no one comes in front of us. We called the fire department ourselves and they didn't see anyone. The next day I'm assured there was someone there. We're being laughed at.
And for the 3 stars, it's a fraud: little cleaning, bleach as room perfume, mediocre breakfast already put in the closet (how long?) Based on low-end fruit juice and Bars without any indication of the composition (they put them themselves in plastic bags)
A 24-hour number that hardly answers with a very unpleasant gentleman. Key boxes in every way, you will not cross soul who lives

To flee!!!!

True naughty, ghost ship, no concierge, it's certainly not a hotel, let alone with 3 stars. The keys are in boxes at the door of the rooms. It looks like an RB&B without comfort. No room other than a standard room, so no room for breakfast: vacuum bread, etc... We will not mention, the possibility of connecting on the internet, a virtual shutter (no button) ...
Exorbitant price for a more than mediocre quality!!!! To flee

We had already stayed there it had been very good at breakfast, meal but there total absence of staff, breakfast already in the vacuum room, no hot chocolate... The hotel has lost its splendour and warmth. It's a shame because the rooms are clean.

Troubleshooting without very unpleasant surprises, but without humanism

A stop (on a Wednesday night) in Murat on our way, we spent a night in this three star (virtual) Pension, it helped us well (others full as we went about it at the last moment). No really bad surprises. Private parking adjoining the Pension, our vehicle spent the night alone. Obtained fairly quickly the access code, key to the room (16) inside as agreed. Clean set, no bad smells, comfortable bedding, clean. Quiet room because overlooking the parking lot, pity that the shutter cannot operate to cut the light despite an interior curtain. Lack of room to have breakfast together so let's not talk about it. Breakfast "troubleshooting" (a little expensive for the contents because of course slices of bread under vacuum).
It is true that we felt in a ghost ship (not a single person, either from the establishment or customer), is it not sinking?
The property is close to the train station and the historic center of the city (no need for the vehicle).
