A wonderful gem on the beach

A perfect place to relax and unwind. This place is so peaceful and quiet and I had a feeling of staying in my own villa on the beach. There is a beautiful sea view from your bed, your shower and even your toilet. The gardens are beautiful , breakfast is plentiful. There is a fabulous restaurant 6 min walk from the villa. I wish I was there now!!!

RATING: 1/5 - A SHAMELESS SCAM AT 550 EUR PER NIGHT
I do not know where to begin, as the anger is intact and the disappointment is total. 550 EUR per night.
For what exactly? Hold on tight, here is the reality of this nightmarish stay:
ZERO PRIVACY, ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE
Toilets without any partitions in the room - right in the middle of the living space, visible and odorous to
the other person. Concrete result: we find ourselves forced to wait on the terrace while the other person takes care of their
needs, out of modesty and to avoid odors in the room. At 550 EUR per night, having to leave your
room to let your partner use the toilet is simply unbelievable. A shower with completely transparent glass
walls, visible to everyone. It feels like being in a display case.
NON-EXISTENT ACOUSTIC INSULATION
You can hear the neighbors in the two adjacent rooms at the slightest movement or action. Every noise, every
movement, every conversation filters through without the slightest attenuation. Privacy is a concept completely
foreign to this establishment.
NON-EXISTENT COMFORT
No blackout curtains - forced wake-up at 5 AM every day. No bathrobes. A tiny bottle
of shower gel never replenished. No beach towels. Not a glass of water, not the slightest attention.
The bare minimum is not even met.
A DECORATIVE SAFE
Impossible to operate, never maintained, completely unusable. Forced to keep our belongings
of value on us at all times. Unacceptable for accommodation at this price.
THE HEIGHT OF INDECENCY: OUTRAGEOUS EXTRAS
At 550 EUR per night, breakfast is not included - expect an additional 25 EUR per person. And
if you wish to enjoy the sauna? 25 EUR more for one hour. Extras worthy of a true palace,
for services unworthy of even a two-star.
A OWNER OF ASTOUNDING SELFISHNESS
He eats quietly at his counter facing us, with family, without offering anything. And there, surprise - music outside!
What attention... except that it was only played for his own enjoyment, during his lunch time.
Meal finished, music cut off, back to total indifference. We simply did not exist anymore. He looks at us as if we disturb him whenever we dare to go from the pool
to the beach, and disappears as soon as we try to talk to him. A selfishness, a rudeness, and a contempt for his
guests rarely reached. For this price, it is PURE AND SIMPLE SCAM, a TOTAL SCANDAL.
No
service, no attention justifies this price. It is a shame for the
reputation of tourism in the region. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Do not do the same.

Villa that has only luxurious rates.

Villa greatly overrated compared to the proposed standing. Welcoming almost non-existent, bath towels stained, and swimming pool “heated” only by the sun. Regarding the cabin, the toilets (WC and shower) are located about twenty meters away, which is not very convenient. The jacuzzi is placed right in front of the cabin, greatly reducing privacy. Breakfast disappointing considering the price charged. In short: do not rely too much on the photos, the reality is well below the promises.

Room with view...on the toilet!

The villa is beautiful, straight out of a decor magazine. The problem is that we do not live in a decor magazine: the place is anything but functional. The pompom: zero privacy. We had booked 2 bedrooms, in one the toilets were isolated from the rest of the room by a simple curtain and in the other there was not even a curtain: the toilet sits in the seating area, never seen in thirty years of travel in designer or luxury establishments! Deplorable sound insulation to the point of hearing snoring in the neighboring rooms, and not that ... breakfast at extra charge while in guest houses it is included. Cold staff, anything but helpful. Unfair rules for the use of the pool: no access after 4pm, whereas it is just at the end of the day after the visit of the region in hot weather that it is pleasant to be able to cool off. Prohibitive rates, deplorable value for money. In short, do not rely on the pretty photos, redacted as by chance from those with the toilet open in the seating area, and pass your way!

Hostel with multiple Ducks

To escape, magnificent view but everything else testifies to an immense stupidity and a flagrant lack of knowledge of what a hospital service is!
In addition, the owner can't stand his customers, he runs away from them or insults them to let off steam, because he is obviously extremely stressed...
