Great.
I just finished my three-week course for osteoarthritis. This property offers excellent services in all respects. I was right to choose integrated accommodation, it's comfortable to access treatments every morning. The studio is very bright, clean and functional.
The building designed by Jean Nouvel is beautiful: airy, bright, spacious, in short, it is a pleasure to follow the cure. Especially since ALL the staff, from maintenance to care through the reception, not to mention Bernard who takes care of the shuttle, is adorable, of a great kindness, always smiling.
I think it's very important.
The change of towels, especially bathrobes (every day), goes very well.
Les Thermes is right in the city center, within walking distance of all shops: Halles, weekly market, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, library...
Without a car, you can take a bus to the huge shopping center Le Grand Mail where there is a hypermarket Leclerc.
As for the care itself: I already feel some benefits.
And do not hesitate to take advantage of the guided tours and excursions offered by the Tourist Office: Landes coast, Chalosse....

Horrible welcome and rooms
Cold reception from the guard after 7 PM. We had to wait for our second call for him to open the door... with a refusal to help us put our heavy suitcases on the cart, and the response was "I do not touch the guests' luggage!". The next morning, the hostesses were just as unpleasant following our remark. One hostess even followed us into the hall, shouting at us... it's astonishing for a place dedicated to well-being.
We will not return to this gloomy hotel in the evening, due to the reception and the rooms, which resemble a worse hospital (scrap metal furniture, outdated bathroom, a kitchenette but no dish towels or dish soap).

Family thermal baths with quality care
After several cures in Dax, the thermal baths prove to be the best in terms of care and hospitality
Remarkable staff, at your care, kind and caring
And whatever the service, care, hospitality, cleaning
We stayed in one of the studios proposed, it is super convenient to be on site, very well maintained accommodation, very bright and clean.
For the care the staff is really friendly and professional, the care is respected and lasts the time mentioned
It is not the factory as in other cure care

Were there in April/May and no more than 800 curators a day compared to 2000 in other centers
I recommend this property to Jean Nouvel s modern architecture
Ash close to the city center, parking at the Berges parking lot

Awesome experience at DAX Les Thermes!
We had an excellent stay here at the DAX Thermal Baths and thanks to a great organization coordinated by Christelle (Kiki?) - We exchanged via email from Washington DC where I live and she coordinated so well!
My parents (dad 86 in a walker and mother 78) and my disabled brother (with a brain tumor) who live in Toulouse and me from across the Atlantic. I was very anxious about getting them there but ultimately, Kiki and Jocelyne and the others were on top of the situation: really hats off!
We paid à la carte because we did not do the long spa program (12 to 19 days), we opted for the massages, turpentine bath, the mobilization pool (not to be missed!) it is group fun with spa guests, hydromassage etc... in short, go for it! it's great!
We stayed across the street at the Splendid. So, to go to the thermal baths, we pass through the Splendid spa in our bathrobe and off we go for our morning treatments.
After that, it’s a well-deserved nap!
