Perfect location.

I was staying in the hotel for 5 nights. A perfect location for a cycling trip. The owners/staff were super friendly and helpful. The beds were excellent and breakfast was very good. A few steps away from the centre.

Too bad...

It is a shame that this very beautiful hotel is ruined by the horrible treatment inflicted on guests.
Note that some rooms are apparently poorly lit closets.
We were a group of more than 20 people. Not only was no effort made to assist us with a small logistical issue to resolve, but furthermore, several members of our group were treated rudely by the owner, who was more concerned with lecturing her clients than satisfying them. All the more incomprehensible regarding a group booking over €6000 in overnight stays...

Still just as pleasant

We just spent three nights at the Hotel Azteca, where we have the pleasure of staying every year. As always, we found a remarkable establishment, perfectly maintained, with staff of exceptional kindness, availability, and professionalism. It is always a real pleasure to return, and we fully intend to repeat the experience.
The only negative point of this stay concerns an air conditioning problem that deprived us of cool air for nearly 24 hours. Given the high temperatures during the day, this was particularly painful. Fortunately, the drop in temperatures during the night helped make the situation more bearable.
Apart from this incident, everything was perfect, as it is during each of our visits. We highly recommend this hotel and extend our congratulations to the entire team for the consistent quality of its hospitality and services.
