I stayed one night at this hotel and loved it. The room was very clean and nicely appointed, the location near the train station was fantastic and the overall hotel was great.
I will definitely come back to Arras and recommend this hotel.

The staff/owner was very friendly. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable.
Parking spaces were close to the main door and well lit. The entry to the parking/ front door of hotel quite narrow to get into off the street. Parking fee was 14 € not the 10€ as stated on Hotels.com. There was breakfast for 16€ which we declined but there was no restaurant for lunch or dinner. Plenty of restaurants nearby though.

Exceptional and considerate service. I was helped by the front desk staff to plan my sightseeing in the area. They ensured that I had all the necessary details for places I would visit. Location was perfect, room was clean, breakfast had a good variety with quality.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Really friendly staff who contacted me before hand to check on arrival times. They spoke very good English. Clean room with comfortable bed, nice hot shower with good water pressure, and tea/coffee facilities. Right next to the centre of town but with its own parking was very useful. Many thanks
