Amazing!

The hotel is newly renovated and it showcases a brand new white and blue decor. We were lucky enough to stay at their presidential suite, which offered amazing views of the cupolas and an abundance of natural light. The included breakfast was definitely a highlight of our stay. Thank you Frank for your amazing breakfast service.
The hotel beautifully blends modern influences with unique ethnic touches evident I. It’s stunning architecture and the central patio that provides light throughout the day. It’s prime location in the city’s center, right across from parque Calderon and the Catedral, made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Despite being at the heart of the city, the hotel’s historic architecture and thoughtful design also created a very private and tranquil atmosphere.
I will truly miss Cuenca and Parc Royale—-the hotel’s exceptional service made us feel so special and welcome in such a beautiful city.

Parc Royal Suites Hotel offers a truly elegant and comfortable experience in the heart of Cuenca’s Historic Center. The suites are beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean, creating a refined and relaxing atmosphere.
The service was exceptional—attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making the stay feel effortless from start to finish. Every detail reflects quality and care.
An excellent choice for those seeking luxury, comfort, and a prime location. I would gladly return.

World class hotel!

Parc Royale is an outstanding, world-class hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer, we knew it was a very special place. First off, it is in a great location - just a couple of blocks from Calderon Square, and despite being in the heart of the city, it was incredibly quiet inside. The décor and surroundings are just stunning, well-maintained and clean, and the staff was attentive, helpful, and professional. The food was delicious - we had a 4-course dinner and superb wine (many thanks to the waiter), and breakfast was a gastronomic delight - quite the feast! We stayed in a lovely suite - spacious, well-laid out, with a large bathroom, desk area, comfortable bed (complete with toe warmers!), a terrific mini bar and snacks, and a beautiful patio - very impressive. Anything a person could want had clearly been anticipated. Lastly, the cost for the suite, restaurant, wine, etc., was very reasonable. We have stayed in many hotels over the years, and Parc Royale tops the list - we can’t wait to return!
