Beyond my expectation, excellent!

Excellent! They are clearly committed to customer care. The staff went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and cared for, the food was worthy of a five star restaurant. The only downside is that they do not have an elevator.

I used to go frequently to Hostería Duran in Cuenca, then with the pandemic I stopped going, today I returned and was deeply disappointed in the treatment one receives now, first an extreme increase in entry prices $15.00 per person and in the menu that also It surprised me, but hey, whoever wants light blue...so it's up to everyone to decide, but what I really didn't like is, now, the attitude of distrust and persecution of clients, even to lend you a locker to leave things and To open an account for a meal, they ask me to leave a credit card in the hands of their staff for a couple of French fries and penguin ice cream. The way things are going, I don't leave my card to anyone, let alone strangers in an inn. In any case, each person decides, I decided not to eat there and well I will analyze other options for when I want to go to a pool with the family.

Hosteria Durán

Customer service was very good, everything requested was resolved. And a quick check without further delay. A nice place to rest and for the children to have fun. I would only add more private spaces in the pool area for guests.
