Nice campsite with great views and good facilities

Really nice campsite with a fantastic water view. Really good and clean bath and toilet facilities. There is both water and electricity at each tent site, making your stay extra easy and pleasant. Can highly recommend!

That's what I have to say about the place.
Facilities do not live up to the website at all. Everything is worn out and worn out. The restaurant is not existing and when you present it to the owner it is without understanding. Just a little bitterness that he can't get work.
We had booked 10 days and chose to move after 3 days.
As we ask for a refund, the owner refers to an insurance that can be purchased before the stay, which covers early return. As if it is a business in itself that people travel again and have not signed insurance.

Always happy

Beautiful place in great scenery, ideal for families or fishing groups. There are many delicious mushrooms in the surrounding forests.

Outstanding good experience

I was a co-arranger on a trip with Scandinavian Harley-Davidson clubs.
The ferry from Norway to Hirtshals was delayed due to the storm and we arrived very close to the kitchen closing time.
Nevertheless, it was kept open until everyone had got what they could eat and drink, and there was great agility from the side of the square to make everyone happy.
In addition, they opened the next day for breakfast delivery earlier than usual so we were able to keep our schedule for the further course of the tour.
We in the organizer group are impressed and the participants on the tour are now fully aware that there is a campsite with outstanding good service in Hanstholm. - They remember that if they come to Thy at a later time to maybe explore the many impressions we gave them, but which we could not get into the depth with.

Stopover

Very nice place with good amenities. Restrooms and washrooms are very clean. For women, a rain shower is very inconvenient if one does not want to get their hair wet.
Unfortunately, the place is a bit overpriced.
