Standard accomodation eith child´s

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with two 12-year-old girls and used all the services except the zoo. We were extremely satisfied – both rooms were clean, like new, with no visible signs of wear and tear (even in the bathroom), daily cleaning, reasonable temperature, comfortable mattresses. Food: breakfast and dinner offered a wide selection, with up to 7 different dishes for dinner. Only the attractions in FanPark and especially LunaPark could use some renovation – they are showing their age. AquaPark is still the same – you can see that it is being repaired and probably also modified – standard. Only occasionally was the staff not up to standard (with the exception of the reception staff, the Atrium restaurant, and the maids), but you probably won't find anyone better for that wage. Overall impression - a pleasant stay that we enjoyed.

Babylon Liberec – an imposition in every respect!

This hotel is not only bad – it is a shame! From start to finish, our stay was a nightmare that we will not soon forget. Read why this “experience” is not for people who value hygiene, service or enjoyment:
1. Room – The horror begins at check-in:
The rooms are old, musty and so run-down that even a motel on the highway seems more attractive. Important to say - We had booked a SUPERIOR family room with two rooms - The reality was anything but superior... Furniture stripped down everywhere, stained walls and an unpleasant smell. But the absolute highlight: the air conditioning. At 3 o'clock sharp at night, she goes on as if by ghost and blows hot air 40°C directly onto the bed. Sleep? Misrepresentation. Even removing the room card is no use – you are at the mercy of this technical madness. Nevertheless, it must be noted that the hotel also offers a modern renovated room wing, which we also intended to book. Online, the superior rooms we have booked also have the matching modern pictures - in reality, just the opposite.
2. Service – Ignorant and incapable:
The idea of asking for a modern room, even if it is smaller, we should have done better without it. Instead of a solution, there was only a condescending “no”. The staff brush off complaints, deny everything and show no interest in the guests. We know that the hotel can't do anything in case of a complete booking, but you could have shown a little commitment or at least niceness
3. Food – A cheek, even for a canteen
The restaurant resembles a crowded canteen: 200+ people, stuffy air, deafening noise. And the food? An insult to every palate. Tasteless, incorrectly seasoned or just plain bland – served in rattling aluminium boxes reminiscent of a school cafeteria. Even a warm-up menu from the microwave would be better! The Peak of Disgust: Beef tartare that stood around unchilled for hours on New Year's Eve! Anyone who has engaged in this is playing Russian roulette with their health. We quickly realized: Food in Liberec is first class – as long as it doesn’t come from this hotel.
4. Spa – A bad joke:
We received the following description from our fellow travellers who booked some kind of spa package when booking (ACTUALLY).
Dirty, unkempt and so unattractive that you'll lose your appetite. The sauna captions? Only in Czech. The hot tub? Without any pressure and as inviting as an empty sink. According to the website, children under 14 are allowed in with an escort – they are simply turned away on site, completely randomly. The crowning glory: Despite booked spa access, we were initially rejected and reluctantly had to win vouchers after endless discussions. After three minutes at the spa, however, we were out again – it was just too unattractive and crowded, like almost every part of the hotel.
5. New Year's Eve – The ultimate low point:
A dark, depressing cellar, ironically titled “Castle Cellar or Castle Cellar”. The decoration? Embarrassed. The buffet? A disaster. Cold, tasteless meat, rock-hard bread and lukewarm canteen-eating plums in canteens (even on New Year's Eve), of course. Plus a Polish band that nipped the mood in the bud. No wonder we escaped. At least we wanted to have a drink at the lobby bar, but it already closed at 9pm! - although it is supposed to be open until 1:00am... It is only left to drink the evening nicely – but even that is denied!
Conclusion: Save yourself time, money and nerves!
This hotel is the height of bad taste and incompetence – My advice: Avoid this place like the plague. Better to sleep in the car than spend a night in this nightmare!

We love the pool area. We wish we discovered this when our son was a baby, he would have so much fun; moving forward, next time we come we will be coming again and discover more of wonderful Liberec.

Very nice, but the staff is reluctant

Very nice place for children, but the staff is reluctant. I called the reception and asked for food to be delivered to the room. They didn't accommodate me because they didn't have a copy of my card. I said that I would pay in cash and with a donation, and that I have small children in my room and I can't go to the restaurant right now. They still didn't suit me. I tried calling the primo restaurant, I got the same result. The apartment costs 12,000 per night, but they are willing to sleep in dormitories. I won't go here anymore.

Holiday multi-centre

It is a complex in the city of Liberec in the north of the Czech Republic, near the Polish and German border, in fact most of the information is in these languages in addition to Czech and English. In this complex you can find, all indoors, a water park, children's amusement park, spa and wellness area, as well as restaurants, cafes and some more shops. Finding everything is a bit chaotic at first, but like everything, you get used to it. The rooms are spacious, somewhat old but well preserved, it is a real 3*** if we stick to the Spanish standard. The prices are not bad, as is the Czech Republic in general, the people are efficient, but not too friendly (they are not unpleasant either). The hotel restaurant (Atrium I want to remember) is not bad for the price, and the only bad thing is that the hours are not Spanish type. To say something bad about the hotel, the restaurant staff literally harasses you to take the empty (or not empty) plate off the table and if you arrive in the last third of the lunch and dinner hours you will find almost all the dishes finished. and in none of the days I was there did they replace what was running out. It is centrally located and there are many shops in the surrounding area.
