Location, view, service, atmosphere, beautiful design, homely feeling, good food, everything is perfect. And the old city (with the market and alleys) is within walking distance. Wonderful hotel

This is a lovely little hotel. It's not grand in any way - in fact, it is very simple, but it is friendly, spotlessly clean, and in a marvellous location. Breakfast is good (the cakes and the homemade preserves particularly) and to enjoy breakfast looking out over the whole of Paphos is fabulous. If you want five star luxury, then it isn't for you but, if you want a welcoming place with people who care, you will be in the right place.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the charming pathos old town with it's upmarket restaurants, souvenir and coffee shops.
My room was 212 on the second floor served by a lift or stairs. The room overlooked the harbour, was well fitted with a comfortable double bed, en suite bathroom, aircon, plenty of storage, kettle and iron.
Towels were changed daily.
The room was spotless as was the whole hotel. The breakfast was wonderful with so much choice but the highlight for me was the attitude of the staff, polite, helpful and just couldn't do enough for me.
I stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment.

A slightly dated but very good in Ktima Paphos. Great views from balconies, spacious and light rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfasts
All very quiet too

On this route they can choose to get off at "Apostolou Pavlou 12 Bus Stop No 332", which is on the main road just under the hotel, or reach the Karavella terminal station and walk approximately for 0.6 mi in order to reach the property. Late check-in between 23:00 and 01:00 is possible on request, upon prior confirmation by the property and at no extra charge. Late check-in after 01:00 is possible at the extra charge of EUR 10. This charge must be confirmed and paid in advance and it is nonrefundable (charged to the credit card provided with the booking).
