Stayed at the suite which was a very clean and well maintained room. Staff were very very good - the speed of responses were excellent and very helpful.
Traditional style of hotel which is 5 stars for design and service rather than a beach resort like the others in split. The hotel was building a spa and pool on the roof which I’m sure will make it even better - was a bit loud at time however.
Breakfast was also great, though the menus were often re-used paper through the day and have people previous food on them - made it hard to read but otherwise okay.

This hotel in Croatia is extraordinary. The service was nothing short of exceptional—warm, personal, and full of thoughtful surprise-and-delight moments that made our stay unforgettable. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and luxuriously comfortable, with every detail carefully considered.
The location was perfect—an easy walk to Old Town while still offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The staff made us feel genuinely cared for, and their hospitality set a new standard for us.
