We’ll be back
This is a wonderful place to explore Split from , central to everything. Right across the street from the Green Market and Old Town Split with its sights shopping g and restaurants. Elena picked us up from the airport and is so helpful and responsive. The room is clean and spacious, and the patio and pool are the perfect place to reenergize after a long day . You can walk to the beach , and there are many grocery stores…..I’d recommend this to everyone . We came with my brother n law so got 2 rooms that shared the patio , each room had a private bathroom.

Excellent apartment
Stayed for a single night as a family with three children. Simple but perfect accommodation… and with a pool for adults to dip in and cool off, and kids to jump and play in!
Perfect location for the old town. Clean. Lovely and helpful host. Highly recommended.

Good location and host
We enjoyed our stay. Great communication from host prior to check in and during stay. Good equipment in the kitchen and towels for both the shower and pool. Really close to the only town and port so getting around was easy. The room was clean however there were so grotty cobwebs high up that did need clearing.

Stunning and the host is amazing!
I couldn't recommend Elena Rooms more. There are 3 separate 'apartments' because there was five of us, we had 2 of them. The main one consisted of living space, a separate bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The other was a room, with a private entrance, private bathroom, TV and coffee/ tea making facilities. I said on the sofa bed and it was incredibly comfy.
We didn't rent out the third room so I'm not sure what that one looks like.
There's a little shaded court yard and a good sized pool.
5 minute max walk to the palace and the waterfront.
Elena was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Clumsily I left my bag containing my passport at the airport, she did everything to help me get it back, including taking me to the airport.
Love it and would definitely stay again.

Clean and well situated
We stayed at this apartment before and after an island hopping boat trip and found it to be very clean and convenient, for both the port and the old part of Split (Diocletian Palace). Due to flight delays we arrived after midnight, however the owner still greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. They provided a map of Split and showed us the location of,the port, the nearest supermarket and bakery. They were very accommodating about us leaving luggage in their home when we arrived back from the boat, as the apartment had not been vacated and cleaned from the previous occupant.
