A lovely, clean room very near all the main places you wish to go in Split. I can't recommend the room & staff who were so helpful.

Excellent location, close to shops, markets, and waterfront.
Manager was not on-site both times when I checked in and out, which created difficulties and took extra time (I showed up within the day times they said they would be onsite). Cleaning staff had to take a picture of my passport with her personal phone, and send it to the manager. This was Not Secure.
It would be better if trained staff would be available during the day for check-ins and check-outs.

This is a great place to stay. Very central and great location. Just a few hundred meters from the old city.
Great service and help for checking in, and great communication. The rooms are placed around a small back yard, a place great for relaxing in the afternoon.
The rooms are spacious, well maintained and well equipped. Safe, fridge, plenty of towels and water boiler. Never lacked anything during a 7 day stay. Air conditioner worked well. Will definitely come back.

Great location with parking nearby. Use website to pay as if staying more than one day. it works out the correct price tagging into account non payment times.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Split, less than 10 minutes walk to Split Riva. Great communication with staff, easy detailed instructions for self check in. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, especially with a baby. Would stay again.
