Bad experience.

Cocomarindo #12 is dirty and the beds are horrible on each side of the homeless, and extremely noisy; the people who are happy in this place are those who were happy in a 2-star hotel in Cuba.

Cocomarindo (room is a dive)

The room is nothing but a black dingy filthy hole next to three homeless encampments. Security guard Kathy will scream at you Non-Stop the minute you arrive, if you don't understand Spanish she will start laughing at you and pointing her finger. If you ask for help from the staff don't expect help 4 hours on end. The security guard said they're probably sleeping and then started laughing

RIGHT THE CONDO WRONG THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The condo isn't bad. Inside it's safe. Katty the agent who took over our reservation is a person with all the customer service letters, just like the security guard who served us on Monday, January 26. The room is comfortable for 3 people and really is very close to the center.
The bad: the neighborhood, on the way to the beach you see many people not to trust.

BAD stayed in car not in hotel

The place was so BAD that rather than stay there that we spent the night in our car. The outside the gate had people watching us. Parking was supposed inside the gate. The pool looked dirty (at night). The room had a smell and looked like 1960s . As I said before we spent the night in our CAR.

Warning Warning #49 is a dump!

Warning Warning Warning Unit #49 is a DUMP, I've never written a bad review but this place was terrible. No hot water at kitchen sink(The hose under the sink is gone) cold water only.
The pics are 20 years old, this place is run down. Black mold in bathroom, we had a roach in the silverware drawer.
Hugh spider in shower, no screen on windows....Just read other reviews on Unit #49....We got a bait and switch when we booked. Do not stay here at any price.
