Great no 5 star

Noppanun Leelatasing: I think so soStayed here for three nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Check-in was quick and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a good bed and strong Wi-Fi. Housekeeping did a solid job each day. Breakfast offered a decent variety and fresh options. The hotel feels well maintained and safe. While not overly luxurious, it delivers excellent value for the price. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers on future trips with confidence.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good spread of breakfast. Very near to the Shanghai Street Metro station, Songhua river and eateries.

Preferred for business trips

Full score experience, clean and tidy room no dead end, soft bed sleep, floor service Zhang Dongqing, Geng Jiamei service warm and attentive, careful work, next time to Shangri-La.

Staff is very courteous. The room is a bit old and outdated. Need to be refurbished.. not worth to pay for the room at the rate of the condition .
