A good old grand dame hotel. Room is updgraded and come with a decent bathtub. One can enjoy soaking in the hotel bathtub after a tiring trip!!
BTW, the breakfast buffet at next door hotel is a steal at RMB 40. Pls do not miss it.

The room was nice, but a little old. The shower didn't have water pressure. Location convenient from the train station and for Yungang Grottoes by bus. The staff was also friendly and one person could speak English.

Very good old style hotel in a very beautiful building with nice gardens and fountains in front of it.
It is located outside the city walls, but with very easy and quick (10 min) access to it by bus or taxi.
It is at walking distance to VoVo Park, a reasonably good shopping mall with very good food options.
The room was quite spacious and comfortable, clean and well equipped.
Staff is very nice and helpful.
