The low service score is mainly due to the fast service in the restaurant. The breakfast in the restaurant is insufficient. There is basically nothing left around nine o'clock, and the fast service takes a long time to respond. It took multiple calls to deliver.

Years ago, I booked for three nights, and the front desk pulled 2.58 million with a bad attitude and a cold face, and didn't say where the elevator was. I looked for it for a long time and told me how to get there. The guests who stayed for several days were all Don't you take the initiative to prepare multiple copies of water and toiletries and send them to the room? No, I went to find the cleaning lady by myself, but every cleaning lady I met was very enthusiastic and made people feel more comfortable. The breakfast was also average, with very few types, and the hygiene was quite good
