Beyond the checkout

I want to thank Refugio Lobos and the whole team for their warmth and hospitality during our stay. The facilities are beautiful, but what really makes the difference is the human quality of their staff.
Beyond the incredibleness of the place, I want to highlight your unconditional help when, upon returning home, I realized that I had forgotten some belongings. Not only did they respond quickly, but they managed the shipment to my home with total professionalism and kindness. My stuff came back safe!
It is comforting to find places where attention goes beyond check-out. We will definitely come back and recommend them all! Thank you very much for your honesty and excellent service.

Buenas vacaciones

Es un grato lugar para ir de vacaciones con la familia, buena disposición y respuesta del personal
Cabañas cómodas con desayuno , poca aislacion, bien equipada y cercana a la playa y supermercado, tiendas y café

Relajo y excelente disposición y preocupación de los dueños.

Excelente alternativo, relación precio calidad, excelente acceso a la playa, cercano a cafés y supermercados. La atención y preocupación de los dueños se nota y el excelente servicio de las personas que realizan el aseo.

Bastante buena alternativa. Rápida comunicación con el encargado. Muy amable y dispuesto a facilitar la estadía.

Recomendable

Buen lugar, cómodo, limpio, bien mantenido, cuenta con buenas instalaciones. Muy recomendable para ir con familia o en grupo de amigos. Buena atención y disposición de los dueños. Queda cerca de la playa y de lugares para comprar o comer.
