Excellent stay!
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was great with a good selection of food. Everything was well organized, and we had a wonderful experience. Thank you for the excellent service. We would definitely stay here again!

The coin washing machine is very old, It damaged my clothes by tangled and over twisted my skirt. The room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is bad.

Clean room and breakfast was good. Bathroom counter large and shower pressure was strong. Only things to improve would be bathroom ventilation fan, mirror lighting, furniture updating (functional but dated)

Well first after receiving my card and Enter my supposedly room a other customer where already in it.
My second room that they give to me I found a use band-aid in my bed. No light that much in the room. Breakfast is a mess you have no space and it's a total free for all in this amount of space.
So... yeah much to improve

My stay at the Welcome Inn Ottawa Hotel was overall a fair and comfortable experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were very soft, making for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout my visit. The only area I would suggest improvement is the continental breakfast, which was disappointing. The sausages were rubbery, and the eggs did not appear to be of good quality, which took away from the overall breakfast experience. Aside from the breakfast offering, my stay was pleasant and the hotel provided a comfortable environment.
