Received a warm welcome at the front desk at check in and the same staff member was very helpful moving us immediately to another room when we complained about our noisy neighbours at night. She was very apologetic and addressed the noise issue directly with the guests right away.
Even though the hotel is next to the highway, we did not hear any traffic from the room. Great soundproofing.

Fairly strong order in hallway and room like stale smoke or something
Noisy dog in room across from us. 11pm barking and 6:55am barking. Staff were on it quickly.
Shampoo and conditioner bottles hard to get stuff out. Almost bruised knuckles to get any out.
