Worth it

The hotel was good, very clean and the staff was very helpful. The room wasn't very big, but it had a comfy bed, a decent bathroom with a hairdryer and soaps. The food was great, good breakfasts, good lunches, and good dinners. The hotel had a pool, pool table, and lots of board games to play. The location was right in the centre of what we wanted. There are plenty of food places, gyms, and bars. The only thing I would improve on is storage for clothes in the room.

Nice place, but very unpleasant host

The place is well located and the hotel rather friendly
On the other hand the lady at the entrance is particularly unpleasant
Zero flexibility, two dollars of their bill to stay a little later in the room and check out other than at noon, when the hotel is empty... The pressing costs are particularly high for Cambodia, and while we stayed two nights, we were asked to pay to lend us a bath towel for the afternoon... In return, there are works in the hotel and we are asked to understand that there is noise which seems normal. But in these cases we show a minimum of commercial sense...
In short, everything is good to charge, the customer, mentality that I did not find at all in Cambodia in three weeks of travel..

Nice Hotel but Unpleasant Service

The room is clean and the pool is nice. However there were works right next to our room so it was very very noisy. And the Service is very stingy: the first thing we are told when giving us the room is the price of things if we break them, the price of laundry is twice as high as elsewhere and you have to pay $2 an hour if you stay after 12 noon even if the hotel is almost entirely empty...

One word sums it up "Awful". Avoid at all costs.

One word sums it up "Awful". Nasty staff marginal food had the s#its for 3 days and horrible service ended up going somewhere else. Bed was infested with bed bugs. Staff were Nasty and rude. Extremely unfriendly. Will never be back! Avoid at all costs.

Nice Hotel! Helpful Staff. Good Hot Shower! Location was next to night clubs so it maybe bothersome for some People there is a little Loud music played in nearby Pubs till around 2am.
