The room and the other places of the hotel very clean. Beautiful and quiet hotel to spend for couple of days there. The spa is large and comfortable, as is the outdoor pool.

Disappointed
"We were very disappointed at the end of our stay. After checking out, we were not allowed to use the pools or the spa centre unless we paid for a full-day pass. It is frustrating to be denied access to the facilities on the day of departure, especially at such a high additional cost."

Nice rest
I really enjoyed it. The windows overlooked the city and the river. The noise of the river soothes well in the complex in massages and thermal pools chic relax vacation. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds, lots of pillows for every taste, there is drying for things. Room service is good, every day. Breakfast is good.

Amazing.
We went first time and we chose it for its benefits! We were excited the truth is.It had two large pools at 32 degrees and two smaller at 38 degrees.Also hammam, sauna, a cold pool (frozen) for after sauna-hamam. Pentaclear everything!! He had fitness, physical therapy, kinesiotherapy, hydrotherapy, medical center!
Additional services hair salon, facial treatment and massage!!!
The rooms were all clean. They had bathrobes, slippers, sheets, daily cleaning!
It is also suitable for children because it has a playground! The breakfast is excellent with a variety of dishes, salty & sweet sweets!
The staff polite in all places!!! Parking huge k free with guard. Prices are affordable
YG. The good thing is, at 100 meters you're downtown.

I wouldnt rate this a 4* hotel. the biggest gap was not having any Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. We did ask for a kettle, which they provided, but we had to supply our own tea bags and buy milk locally.
Location wise this hotel is perfect. Its at the top of the main village, and you can be in the Main Street in less than a minute.
