Mala roubada

My overall experience was quite negative. On my first stay, I had to take a cold shower all week, as the hotel did not solve the shower problem. As early as Monday, I had a suitcase stolen from inside the car, in the hotel's own parking lot. Security cameras did not work, and the entrance to the garages had no closing gates or access control, leaving the vehicles vulnerable. The owner refused to bear the damages of the damaged car and the stolen belongings. Unfortunately, I did not feel safe and I do not intend to return.

Um hotel bem ruim.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in recent times. I stayed at apt 107. Let's go to analysis: The TV in the room was broken, I told the hotel, but it stayed. The bathroom box did not close, very old and no maintenance. The bathroom door didn't close either.

Horrible service and hotel doesn’t deliver on what you pay for. We had to fight to use the included parking, then check in took over 35mins due to reception staff being unhelpful and messing up our room key.
The restaurant refused to make any food for the last hour it was open. None of the drinks (wine) were available. Bathrobes were not included as advertised for the room with the hot tub. The bathroom clearly needed repairs as there was a hole in the ceiling with dirty water dripping into our room.
All issues were pointed out to the reception team and they did nothing to address any of them.
Only reason it didn’t get 1/5 stars is because the bed was comfortable and breakfast was passable.
Do not recommend to anyone and would not go back. Choose another hotel in town - there are better options at the same price point.

The staff wasn’t friendly, the pool was services and didn’t have any notes on the site, only one towel shower on the bathroom, no hand soap!!

Reasonable

The hotel is well located, but the room was not very clean, the air conditioning was dirty and the control did not work, it only turned on because I reached the on and off button on the air itself, the bathroom even had hair stuck to the wall. The pool area is in need of maintenance with nails exposed on the wooden deck and there is no bar service, it only starts at 6:30 pm. The breakfast is what saved it, very varied and delicious tapióca! The hotel is reasonable for spending the night and that's it!
