Restaurant service worse than a hospital

The service of the hotel is bad unprepared staff, the restaurant the service is much worse the attendants do not even know or take the order properly, do not clean the tables if you do not ask, everything has to be remembered, do not pay attention to anything, the experience was terrible, I do not recommend to anyone.

Appearances deceive

The beauty of the reception deceives. I spent 3 days at the hotel and felt mistaken. I went with my husband and in three days no one cleaned up. Worse, there was only one towel for the couple! When we went down to badly order a towel (pq in the room has no phone) we were informed that there was no towel available in the hotel (serious!)
The coffee is reasonable, the service is good, but would not recommend the hotel.

To get bad you have to get better

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed! Beautiful but ordinary. Horrible and strong mould smell at the reception that is sometimes felt in the room. I asked for explanations or something to be done but no chance. Very bad service. The internet didn't work and I got out of work when I could. I requested maintenance and nothing. Do not recommend. I have another 20 days stay here and I am changing hotel!!!!!

Has potential, but can improve

It is a great hotel, with a modern appearance and very tasteful architecture; however, there are management points that need to be improved, such as the cleaning of the rooms, which was not carried out even a single day and the supply of some basic items (telephone, glasses, dish towel, sponge, hand soap, etc.).
