Passing through Caratinga, as a couple.

Good facilities, closed private parking, clean rooms, well-kept bed and towels. Very attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast well served. Point of attention only for the shower with a water outlet that is incompatible with the size of the shower and ends up throwing water out. But it was the only negative point to consider. I liked the hotel and recommend it.

Promise parking and don't inform you that you don't have for everyone.

I made the reservation at night and arrived about 3 hours later at the hotel's own website. It wasn't on third-party websites. The reservation was not included because according to the attendant they forgot to block the reservations. We got another room with another configuration.
The website said there was parking and there was no parking available. We came overnight and our intention was not to take all the bags out of the car. The attendant said it was by order of arrival. This information is not on the website, not in their brochure or elsewhere. Misleading propaganda. In the street of the hotel there was no place to park the car.
The bathroom has very tight box, unregulated shower and impure toilet shower of mud. Broken vase lid and hard towel, very expensive.
The room is apparently clean and has several TV channels. It's pretty small, too.
Breakfast is good and serves.
I would only stay again if there was no other option.

Excellent.

Great hotel, cozy apartment, super attentive staff. Everything very clean, delicious breakfast and everything very fresh.
I would definitely come back more often, the best hotel in the region in Caratinga MG. I loved my stay and would come back more often.

Functional.

Good service and good cleaning. Facilities are basic and space is limited. Poor garage service. There is a lack of comfort and attraction for those who like staying in hotels. It is functional and practical.

Everything perfect.

I'm not in the habit of staying in hotels, but I'm very satisfied with the hotel. Excellent services, a hearty breakfast, the possibility of using the minibar with products purchased outside the hotel makes all the difference.
