Loft in Sablon

We stayed on the top floor of Villa Sablon, fantastic location in a small side lane off the main Sablon area which is a small square with many fantastic restaurants and chocolate shops near by. 5 Min walk to Grand Place and Brussels Central Station. The room we had was up 3 flights of steep stairs but it wasn't really an issue. We had a queen bedroom with a bath and a queen bed sofa in the lounge and free wifi. Comes with kitchen bath & separate toilet and lounge area. There is no reception but they text your the code to get in and the staff comes around in the mornings to make sure everything is ok. Great place to explore the city and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend both the Villa & the area to stay in especially if you like nice places.

Night spent on the street

Experience from last night.....arrived at the facility, the code received to enter and the wrong directions were a nightmare, and no possibility to communicate. Today we will turn to the police since they took the money.

Absolutely horrific

The single worst hotel stay I’ve ever endured.
If I could give negative stars, I would. The shower did not work. At all. Instead of water, it spat out the tiniest dribble of icy cold nothingness that made washing impossible. A basic functioning shower is the absolute minimum a hotel should provide, and they couldn’t even manage that.
Worse still, the hotel staff have completely ignored my repeated requests for a refund. They don’t answer, they don’t apologise, and it’s obvious they’re just hoping I’ll give up and disappear. I won’t.
This place is an absolute scam — broken facilities, zero accountability, and management who couldn’t care less. Do yourself a favour: sleep in your car, pitch a tent, or lie down on a park bench before wasting money here. Any of those would be cleaner, kinder, and far more comfortable.

Dismal, Absolute Inattention

Absolute inattention to request as, lack of pans, the ones that are not used for induction and we have not been able to use them because they are aluminum and at no time have wanted to solve or give an answer, the same towels for five days, I imagine with problems of another level what happened

Great location, horrible service

Great location, but that’s about it.
Bad service — no one on site to help with check-in/out, and have to rely on only WhatsApp texting communication (emails say “call us anytime”, but they refuse the call and only want to text).
Couldn’t get into our room when we got there, door was locked with no keys. No answer when called, but texted and someone said to use another room instead.
Room hadn’t been cleaned when we tried to checkin at 8pm. Someone else’s dirty sheets and towels still there. Had to wait in lobby until 10:30pm for it to be cleaned.
Tried multiple times to get a partial refund, texting with Sam - and just keep getting ignored.
Other than location, this was a horrible experience and would not recommend.
